RCS is building The H T Hackney Company a 100 foot by 139 foot State Of The Art Freezer in Tampa, FL to service their customers into the 21th Century.
RCS laid out the corners
of the refrigerated building and removed the asphalt from the parking lot. The trenches have been dug to accomodate the footers
and set the corners of the Freezer building.
